Once you have given a credit card or confirmed a time and date for a delivery, we consider this a binding verbal contract to work. We begin our scheduling work almost immediately upon accepting your order.

By your using the services of ZamarTelegrams.com you hereby agree and release ZamarTelegrams.com, it's affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any and all claims, cost, and expenses of any kind or matter that may arise out of using ZamarTelegrams.com products and/or services.

ZamarTelegrams.com may restrict the use of material submitted by customer that may be considered obscene, profane or otherwise objectionable.

Credit Card information is not gathered by ZamarTelegrams.com, but by our agents PayPal. We do not have access nor do we keep records of any transactions so completed. The Delivery is not sent until payment has been confirmed by our agent.

Our Server uses 128 bit SSL encryption to ensure your information is protected from unauthorized interception.

- There is a $35 cancellation fee for all orders placed. Should you reschedule, this fee can be reapplied.

- If we are in route to deliver and receive a call to cancel, there will not be a refund. We are flexible and reasonable in the case of a proven emergency.

- Packages will be delivered within a 15-minute arrival window. Unfortunately, road construction, trains, and related traffic problems prohibit us from offering specific delivery times. However, we will do our best to accomodate your needs.

- Before Ordering, Make Sure The Person Will Be At The Location At The Time And Day You Request, And You Have Permission From Their Employer or Place Of Business, Unless It Is Being Delivered To Their Residence. If We Arrive and Are Not Allowed To Do A Delivery, a refund will NOT be given.

- If the recipient is not at the address you provided, or not able to receive the delivery at the agreed upon time, we will wait no more than 10 minutes. Then, if the package does not include a song or a costumed messenger, we will leave the delivery there. No Exceptions!

- If the package DOES include a song or a costumed messenger and we must return due to the recipient not available, there will be a $25 charge plus any applicable delivery fees. If we must deliver your package on another day, there is an additional $45 charge for our time and reinflation of balloons. Delivery fees will again be applied.
